Tour de Syracuse is an Omnium Race – Enter 1, 2 or all 3 races
– To win the overall you must enter all three races –
All Lance Armstrong Junior Race Series (LAJRS) categories will be scored separately and awarded medals. Categories are listed below. For more information click the following: (LAJRS)
The Races:
> Saturday, May 22nd.
- Syracuse Criterium at Upper Onondaga Park
> Sunday, May 23rd.
- 8:30am – Crooked Lake Time Trial, Song Mtn.
- 12:00pm – Song Mountain Road Race
Time Trial starts at 8:30 AM Sunday click for details
(TT distance is 3 miles)
- The TT is only open to Omnium entrants
- Individual start times will be posted Saturday at the Crit
- First group off Sunday morning – Men’s Cat 3. All other categories will
follow in the same order as the road race categories
- 30 sec. intervals between time trial racers
- Time Trial will be available to 10-12 junior
The list of start times by number will be available Friday May 21st.

USA Cycling one day licenses available for $10 per day.
